Ok, I have done some searching on the site & came up with nothing so here goes. I have 2 2010 Corollas. We've had one for a year longer but on both I notice what looks like rust on the outer rim of the wheel covers. So, 1) has anyone else noticed this? & 2)Is it easily rectified?

i have a similar problem
except its my lug nuts, they have rust on them
they're the original ones that came with the car
