What would you like to see in the 11th Generation Corolla

I know that the 10th generation just came out, but still, what would you like to see in the next generation Corolla, or maybe what do you expect the next generation Corolla will be like?



I think the Corolla will be slightly longer, so that there will be a little more space for the legs, thus a longer wheelbase.



Probably see a 2 litre motor with 145 hp or so. Hopefully a better choice of colors.

get rid of the torsion beam, maybe option for xenon lights for the US models? that would be cool...maybe not so tall looking too haha

An actual XRS model that is able to compete with GTI's, Cobals SS, Si's, SRT-4's, etc...



I love my current xrs, but i think it would be good for next gen

A 2 door RWD limited to XRS models only with VVTL-i (the only reason VVTL-i is not available anymore is because it doesnt pass fuel emissions in europe (corrrect me on where if im wrong) i belive, leave it small always been a small car and i love it that way) and for the S trim to basic keep it an economical 4 dr car with the S having a little more hp than the other trims besides the XRS ofcourse.

a corolla hyrid



a s model with more hp than just paying 1k more for ground kit



a xrs model that is competitive against its competitors for the price you pay for it

current model is way overpriced for what it delivers

i believe, actually the only place you can get vvtl-i these days IS in europe. the lotus Elise has it, and i belive they bought the rights to it. thats why they stopped putting it in the matrix xrs back in the day.







i would like to see the torsion bar gone for sure. other then that i am pretty happy with mine

-Nice standard rims on it maybe?

-HID lights as mentioned by lowincash!!or an option to get angel eyes maybe?

-how bout hydrogen powered like nissan's or a water powered car?? or hybrid using solar power through sun roof-solar panels??

-Hybrid might be an attraction..

-another location for the clock..

-dual tachometer? Standard and digital..not necessary though..

-more hps..

-i like to have a bit more features on the base model too..like the manual locks changed to at least power

-function on the driver's side..

-LED tail lights???and a redesign of their tail lights cause it looks obsolete to me..

-change their horns..coz i think my horns sound kinda funny..

-another airbag for the crotch part??you know..to protect the investments..hehe..jk..

I love my 09 XRS AT, no compact looks cooler and drives better, but in the next generation, or even on the 2010 model of this generation, I'd like to experience independent rear suspension. I love my 09 & thats the only significant improvement I can think of. On pickier cosmetic notes, doing something about the ugly seam down the middle of the panel below the rear bumper and the even uglier 4 pre-semi drilled front license plate holder dents or dimples (or whateve they are) in the front bumper would be a pretty logical cosmetic improvements.

I'd settle for the clock display IN the radio. Would also like the radio to stay on with the key off until I open a door or 10 min pass. Variable speed intermentent wipers should be standard.

Seems like the biggest gripes are the clock and the suspension.
